What We Do

We Help Buyers Understand and Actually Buy Your Products

Most exhibit designers focus on making booths look good. We focus on making your products sell.

People at a tech expo interact with smartphones and other gadgets displayed on a long counter, surrounded by screens and product displays in a brightly lit, modern exhibition hall.

Booth Layout Design

We map out traffic flow, create clear product zones, and design sightlines that pull buyers to your key items. You get a booth layout that guides conversations toward sales, not confusion.

This includes:
  • Traffic flow planning for busy show floors
  • Product hierarchy and feature zones
  • Demo areas that don’t block movement
  • Clear pathways to your best products
Barcode scanners and related electronic devices are displayed on a store shelf with price tags. Some items are in boxes, while others are out for viewing. Yellow sale signs are visible below the items.

Product Display Strategy

We design display fixtures and product arrangements that demonstrate functionality and quality. Buyers walk away understanding your product, not asking basic questions.

This includes:
  • Display fixtures designed for your specific products
  • Interactive elements that demonstrate key features
  • Material and finish selections that signal quality
  • Arrangements that show product families and variations

3D Visualization

We create photorealistic renderings from multiple angles – buyer approach, interior views, product close-ups. You approve everything before fabrication starts.

This includes:
  • Multiple viewing angles of your complete booth
  • Realistic lighting and material representation
  • Product placement visualization
  • Color and finish accuracy

Technical Package for Fabrication

We provide complete technical packages – dimensions, materials, assembly instructions, structural requirements. Your fabricator has everything they need to execute properly.

This includes:
  • Detailed CAD files with all dimensions
  • Material specifications and sourcing guidance
  • Assembly sequence and setup instructions
  • Structural requirements for displays and fixtures

Why Choose DesignBranch for Your Trade Show Needs

We’ve Designed Products That Sell at the Retailers Walking Your Booth

Our clients’ products are on shelves at Home Depot, Walmart, and Target right now. We understand what those buyers need to see at trade shows because we’ve worked with them before. That experience shapes every booth we design.

Industrial Designers, Not Graphic Designers

We know how products are made, what manufacturing constraints matter, and how to show buyers your product is ready for production. Your booth communicates credibility because it’s designed by people who understand the full product lifecycle.

Transparent Pricing

Contact us for project-specific pricing. Your investment depends on booth size, product complexity, timeline, and deliverables. We’ll give you a clear number upfront.

Built for Trade Show Timelines

Trade shows have hard deadlines. We work efficiently without cutting corners. You get professional exhibit designs delivered on schedules that match your show dates and fabrication needs.

Direct Access to Experienced Designers

You’ll work with designers who have nearly 20 years of experience in product design and retail environments. No junior team members. No handoffs. Just direct collaboration with people who understand your challenges.

Our Process

How We Work Together
1.
Discovery Call

We start by understanding your show goals. Who are your target buyers? What products are you featuring? What’s your competition showing? What reactions do you need from buyers?

This call takes about an hour. You leave with a clear understanding of timeline, deliverables, and investment.

2.
Concept Development

We design 2-3 different booth approaches. Each option shows a distinct strategy for displaying your products and engaging buyers. You’ll see 3D renderings of each concept.

This phase typically takes 2-3 weeks.

3.
Refinement

You pick the direction that fits your strategy. We refine every detail – materials, colors, product positioning, signage, lighting. You’ll review updated renderings as we dial in the design.

This phase takes about 2 weeks.

4.
Technical Package Delivery

We deliver complete specifications your fabricator needs. CAD files, material specs, assembly instructions, structural requirements. Everything’s documented clearly.

You’re ready for fabrication. We can stay involved during build if you want support.
